Hey there, what’s new? My name is Jeffrey Marx. I started blogging after I went crazy at the age of 29. Currently, I work as a high powered receptionist in NYC while I chase the dream of being a low powered comedian/writer/actor/person. My favorite things include tabasco sauce, fancy pens, and reality TV. I am originally from The OC, but I hate the beach, so I moved here to shovel snow and plow dudes.

you look extremely familiar, and i am almost positive you work on the pratt campus. anyway, (even if you don’t) just wanted to let you know that zalman perl is now my landlord. and after the fact that i found out this morning that he owes about $10,000 to nat’l grid, and they’re gonna shut our hot water off, i did a little google search of zalman and found a whole list of heinous shit associated with him–including your saga that you documented via blog. i live at 175 skillman st, which building do/did you live in? and can you give me suggestions as to how to deal with this guy? i’ve been successful so far in getting him to do some things, but…this bill has me worried. as well as the 50 unopened notifications from the board of health that have been sent to our building in his name. send me an email, i’m curious as to more details of your situation.

Came across your blog today; seems we have a lot in common. First being Mr. D-bag Perl and second, that we’re both writer/actors in comedy. Would love to talk to you about the Perl situation, if you wouldn’t mind, as our version of the Zalman musical seems too, too similar. Thanks–and very glad you blogged about it. Very reassuring.

Fifteen years ago a guy named Wade used to hang around my roomate and me.
A semi-closeted homo who just completed officer training in the military. Have no idea if he ever came out to his daddy…..oh yeah is daddy is Robert Hurrt who gave a half million supporting Prop 8. Nothing like traditional family values. Thought you might like the tidbit being you used to live in OC…or as some call it the orange curtain. Thanks for the support…..I hope New York grants gay marriage soon.

Hey, about a year ago I had to move out of 175 skillman for several problems with Perl. The people above me who moved out had won their case last may, but our date keeps getting pushed further and further back. I have some questions if you could email me and help us out!!!
